I need an end-to-end build of a mobile food ordering and delivery platform that mirrors the smooth user journey of services such as Zomato and Swiggy. The core experience must let customers browse nearby restaurants, place an order in a few taps, pay securely, and watch their courier move in real time on a map. Beyond the customer-facing flow, the product also has to handle restaurant dashboards for menu management and order updates, plus an integrated module where I can recruit and onboard delivery personnel directly inside the same ecosystem. Ratings and written reviews should feed back to each restaurant profile so the recommendations engine can surface the best options first. Key deliverables • iOS and Android customer apps with order placement, live tracking, payment integration, and review/recommendation feeds • Separate driver hiring & rider app section for registration, verification, and shift management • Restaurant web or mobile portal to receive, confirm, and fulfill orders • Scalable backend with real-time dispatch logic, notification service, and analytics dashboard • Clean, modern UI that remains lightweight on slower connections Hand-off must include full source code, basic documentation, and a staging environment where I can test new builds before publishing.
