Our business is moving several core processes into the Zoho ecosystem and I need the environment configured end-to-end. Scope • Zoho CRM: build the data model with custom fields, tailor workflows for lead-to-deal progression, and surface actionable insights through bespoke dashboards and reports. Seamless integration with the other Zoho apps and any required third-party tools (via API, Deluge, Zoho Flow, or native connectors) is part of the brief. • Zoho Books: automate invoicing and billing cycles, streamline expense capture, and generate management-ready financial reports. All automations must respect tax rules already set in my Books instance. • Zoho Inventory: align product, stock, and order data with CRM and Books so quantities, pricing, and fulfilment statuses stay in sync without manual intervention. Deliverables 1. Fully configured CRM, Books, and Inventory modules in my live account. 2. Documented workflows, field maps, and automation logic. 3. One test cycle that proves data flows correctly between modules and external integrations. 4. A concise hand-off guide or short screen-share recording so my team can maintain the setup. Acceptance Criteria • No validation or workflow errors during user acceptance testing. • Dashboards load in under five seconds with real data. • Invoices, expenses, and reports post automatically on scheduled triggers. Admin access to the Zoho suite will be provided immediately after kickoff, and I can supply sample data for testing.
