Zoho Laundry-WhatsApp Integration

I need my current Zoho-based laundry management system extended so that customers can place and track pickup requests directly through WhatsApp. When a client sends a message, the integration must capture the customer details, preferred pickup date and time, plus any service preferences, and instantly create or update the related order inside Zoho. An AI-driven WhatsApp bot should then take over routine messaging. It must automatically send: • Order confirmations once the pickup request is logged • Service updates as each processing stage is completed • Pickup reminders on the scheduled day • Delivery-schedule information when the order is ready to return The flow has to remain fully synced—any manual changes in Zoho should push an updated status back to the same WhatsApp thread. I already run my operation on Zoho Inventory, CRM and Books, so make sure the new module fits neatly into that stack and respects existing field mappings. Deliverable: production-ready Zoho customization (code + setup) and a documented WhatsApp Cloud API or Twilio integration that handles the message logic above, with a short hand-off session so I can maintain templates and autoresponder rules on my own.
