The workflow must: • capture the online application, • route it to HR for in-portal approval, • send a one-click approval email to the relevant Course Director (this person will never log in to Zoho), • generate and dispatch a contract whose clauses change automatically according to the instructor’s category (full-time, part-time, guest lecturer or any future training-based tier) and level, • track licence renewals and only activate the instructor’s profile once the updated licence is on file, and • push status notifications to the candidate at each key point: “Application received”, “HR approval”, “Profile activated”. I am happy for you to weave together the best mix of Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Sign and any other native tools so long as everything lives in the Zoho ecosystem and is easy for HR to maintain later. Deliverables 1. A fully deployed Zoho app (Creator or equivalent) with all data fields, roles and permissions in place. 2. Automated workflows and email templates covering every stage listed above. 3. Dynamic contract template(s) linked to instructor category and level and sent via Zoho Sign. 4. Clear hand-over documentation and a brief video walk-through so HR staff can add new categories or tweak wording without code changes.
