I already have Zoho DataPrep up and connected to my Zoho One account. The legacy records are largely well-structured, yet they still carry old duplicates, stray values, and obsolete pick-lists that must be scrubbed before the switch to my redesigned Zoho CRM layout. The assignment centres on leveraging Zoho DataPrep’s recipes, rules, and AI suggestions to: • run a thorough data-cleaning and de-duplication pass, • apply field-level transformations and look-ups so every column lines up with the new CRM schema, • export ready-to-import CSV or Zoho Sheet files along with the reusable DataPrep workflow. I will give you secured access to the DataPrep workspace plus a copy of the target CRM field map. When we’re done I expect: 1. An import-ready dataset free of duplicates or formatting issues. 2. The saved DataPrep recipe so I can rerun it if new data arrives. 3. A brief hand-off note summarising any assumptions, formulas, or data quality flags. If you have real-world experience cleaning data inside Zoho DataPrep—or similar ETL tools such as Talend, Power Query, or Informatica—this should be straightforward.
