I run a medical clinic that already uses Zoho CRM with a custom “Patients” module, Zoho Bookings, Zoho Forms and the WhatsApp Business API. Several workflows are in place, but patient follow-up is still handled manually and too many tasks slip through the cracks. Here’s what I need: • Map and redesign the existing CRM workflows so every new appointment created through Zoho Bookings or Zoho Forms automatically triggers a follow-up sequence. • Build an automated cadence for Email and WhatsApp messages: confirmations, reminders, post-visit check-ins and missed-appointment nudges. I have WhatsApp template approvals in progress and want those templates inserted at the right steps. • Ensure data syncs cleanly across all modules—no duplicate records, no orphaned bookings, proper timeline history for each patient. • Provide a concise flowchart or documentation so my in-house staff can maintain and adjust rules after go-live. You’ll be working in the existing Zoho One environment, so deep knowledge of Zoho CRM workflow rules, Blueprint, custom functions (Deluge), and Zoho Bookings triggers is essential. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API inside Zoho and standard email templates will keep the build smooth. I can supply admin access, sample patient journeys and the partially configured workflows. All I ask is clear communication, staged testing in a sandbox (or equivalent), and a quick hand-off session once everything runs smoothly.
