Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM specialist to design and implement an initial CRM setup for a group of three related businesses operating under a shared structure. The businesses operate independently but share resources and require both separate and consolidated reporting. This is a Phase 1 engagement focused on building a clean, scalable CRM foundation. Business Structure: The CRM will support three entities: Residential construction business Joinery business Stone and surfaces business Each business must operate independently within the CRM, while allowing group-level visibility and reporting. Scope of Work: The selected freelancer will be responsible for: Designing the overall CRM structure for a multi-entity setup Configuring modules including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, and Activities Implementing a “Business Entity” structure across the system Setting up pipelines for each business (or a shared pipeline with segmentation) Creating basic dashboards and reports for: Individual business performance Consolidated group reporting Setting up user roles and permissions to restrict visibility where required Providing guidance on best practices for scalability Nice to Have: Experience working with construction or trade-based businesses Understanding of Australian business practices (GST, quoting workflows, etc.) Experience with Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, or Zoho Analytics Ability to advise on future integrations and automation Deliverables: Fully configured Zoho CRM instance Documented structure and logic Basic reporting dashboards Handover session and walkthrough Project Approach: We are looking for someone who can think beyond configuration and help design a system that will scale as the business grows. This is not a basic setup task. We expect strategic input and recommendations. Timeline: 2 to 4 weeks depending on approach and engagement level. Budget: AUD $1,500 to $3,000 depending on experience and proposed solution.
