I’m running the Enterprise edition of Zoho CRM and want to turn our raw sales data into clear, visually appealing insights. The main deliverable is a set of interactive dashboards and linked reports that live inside Zoho CRM (or Zoho Analytics, if that streamlines things) and update automatically. Scope of insight • Sales reports are the priority. I need to see sales funnel (leads, sales quote, sales orders, sales invoices )broken down by salesperson, terriotary, brands & products, pipeline stage progress, and win-vs-loss ratios etc. In addition, I’d like any other sales-activity or performance views you believe add value. • The dashboards should be aesthetic as well as functional—think clean charts, intuitive graphs, and supporting tables that let managers drill down without feeling cluttered. • Everything must run natively on our Zoho stack so users can filter, export to PDF/Excel, or schedule email snapshots without leaving the platform. What you’ll hand over 1. Custom report templates for each metric that pull real-time data from our existing modules. 2. One consolidated “Sales Overview” dashboard plus any secondary dashboards you deem useful (e.g., Salesperson Scorecard, Pipeline Health). 3. Written steps or a short Loom video explaining how to tweak filters, add new pipeline stages, and share the dashboards with different user roles. I’ll provide module names, field mappings, and sample data on kickoff.
