Acceptance criteria 1. All three channels sync bi-directionally with Zoho CRM, including attachments and call recordings. 2. AI replies fire within seconds and are logged under the correct contact with a visible “bot” tag. 3. Manual override and escalation paths work flawlessly during testing. 4. Documentation and training session delivered.
