I recently exported a full CSV backup of my ZOHO CRM and now need every record placed back where it belongs. The file holds both Contacts and Leads, and each module contains several custom fields that must be mapped precisely so the restored data looks and behaves exactly as it did before the loss. Here is what I’m after: • Import the CSV into the correct modules, keeping the Contacts and Leads completely separate. • Re-create or map every custom field in both modules prior to the import so nothing ends up in the wrong place. • Preserve original record ownership, tags, notes, and any parent–child relationships the file already contains, while preventing duplicates. • Provide a quick walkthrough (screen share or concise document) showing the steps you took so I have a clear recovery playbook for the future.
