I need an experienced Zoho CRM specialist to step into an active system and fine-tune it. The core of the job is customization: I already have several custom modules and fields in place, but they need updating to match recent shifts in our workflow. Beyond that, I want to streamline day-to-day operations with fresh automation rules and intelligent workflows, then surface the right insights through clear, actionable reports and dashboards. Everything must live natively inside Zoho CRM, using Deluge scripting, Workflow Rules, Blueprints, and the standard Reports & Dashboards builder—no third-party work-arounds unless we discuss them first. Key deliverables • Updated custom modules and fields fully tested in both sandbox and production • New or revised workflow rules/Blueprints that eliminate current manual steps • A set of role-based reports and dashboards that highlight pipeline health, conversion metrics, and task performance • A brief hand-off document (or Loom video) explaining where changes were made and how to maintain them I’ll supply full admin access to our sandbox, a change log of existing customizations, and the business rules that drive each process.
