I recently added Zoho CRM, Books and Billing to my stack and now need an experienced hand to configure them so they work together smoothly from day one. In Zoho CRM I need all company and contact records structured correctly and the key pipelines triggered automatically, so that every new lead, deal stage change or closed-won record fires the right follow-up tasks without manual effort. On the finance side, Zoho Books must mirror my accounting structure. That means building a clean chart of accounts, linking live bank feeds for daily reconciliation and designing invoice templates that reflect our brand while capturing the right tax fields for each region. Once this foundation is stable, Billing should pull the same data set so subscriptions and one-off charges sync flawlessly with both CRM and Books.
