We are a medical device manufacturing company looking for an experienced Zoho Creator developer to build a custom Manufacturing ERP integrated with Zoho Books. The system will cover the entire manufacturing process — from planning and procurement to production, quality control, inventory management, and dispatch — while Zoho Books will handle accounting tasks like Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Bills. The solution will consist of five apps: • Admin App for master data sync, dashboards, and overall control. • Stores App for GRN, material issue, dispatch, FEFO, and lot/serial traceability. • Quality App for incoming, in-process, and final QC, NCR/CAPA, and release control. • Production App for MRP, Work Orders, Job Cards (with QR codes), and delivery order generation. • Shop Floor App for operator interfaces, job tracking, and real-time progress updates. We need end-to-end development including QR code workflows, lot & serial traceability, FEFO inventory logic, integration with Zoho Books (read/write APIs), and compliance-ready data capture. Estimated project duration is 8–12 weeks, with a basic MVP in 4–6 weeks.
