Your primary responsibilities will be issuing client invoices directly through Zoho and reconciling our bank statements so that every transaction ties out cleanly at month-end. I’ll supply view-only bank feeds and any supporting documents you require. You’ll enter or match transactions, flag discrepancies for me, and close the books on a consistent schedule so our reports remain reliable. Fluency with Zoho Invoice’s automation features is essential—rules, recurring invoices, payment reminders, and the dashboard should feel second nature to you. Experience exporting data into Zoho Books or other accounting platforms is a plus, but not mandatory. Deliverables each month: • All client invoices sent and marked paid in Zoho where appropriate • Bank, credit-card, and PayPal (if applicable) statements fully reconciled • A short summary highlighting outstanding items or questions Accuracy and clear communication matter more to me than speed; I’d rather have the numbers right than rushed.
