I’m completing an ultra-luxury residence and already have photorealistic 3D renders in hand. What I now require is a designer who can translate those visuals into fully detailed working drawings and a cohesive modern scheme ready for manufacture and on-site coordination. Scope of work • Convert my existing 3D concepts into dimensioned plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details suitable for shop drawings. • Produce a comprehensive finishes, colour, and materials schedule that aligns with a refined modern aesthetic. • Coordinate every drawing so it flows seamlessly with structural, services, and onsite construction requirements. • Remain available for minor revisions once manufacturers begin their own shop drawings, ensuring fit, finish, and intent are preserved. • only some rooms have the 3D drawings, all other rooms will need to be designed based off inspiration drawings. Spaces included – Living Room – Kitchen & Butler’s Kitchen – Bedrooms & Master Walk-in Robe – All Ensuites & Bathrooms – Media / Cinema – Games Room – Outdoor Kitchen & Pool Bar – Wine Cellar and any ancillary areas Deliverables 1. Complete drawing set in DWG and PDF (plans, RCPs, elevations, sections, millwork / cabinetry details). 2. Finishes and colour boards with product specifications and procurement quantities. 3. Coordination log noting any RFIs, clashes, or clarifications needed by our build team or manufacturers. Acceptance criteria • Drawings must be build-ready: dimensions, tolerances, call-outs, and material codes clearly annotated. • Finishes schedule must list supplier, code, finish, and lead time. • All files layered and named logically for easy integration into Revit/AutoCAD and BIM 360.
