Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer/designer to support the redesign and development for our clients website, along with the creation of high-converting landing pages for key services. (We specialise in System strategy & implementation and as part of our client services we receive requests from our clients for website services). This project will be delivered in multiple milestones, starting with two service-based landing pages/funnels, followed by the full website redesign and development of the primary website. Key Requirements: - Proven experience with WordPress and Elementor (website/ landing pages will be done with elementor) - Strong capability in landing page and funnel design - Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping - Ability to design and build conversion-focused websites - Experience optimising pages for lead generation and performance - Strong design/ visual skills; able to recommend and guide design. Project Scope & Milestones: Phase 1: Landing Pages (Priority) - Design and develop 2x service landing pages/funnels - One landing page required ASAP (urgent delivery) - Focus on conversion optimisation (clear CTAs, lead capture, user flow) - Design/Dev with Elementor. Phase 2: Website Redesign - Full redesign and development of the panopticsolutions.com website - Modern, professional, and scalable design - Alignment with brand positioning and service offerings - Mobile responsive and performance optimised - Design/Dev with Elementor. - Create Branded Elementor templates/assets.
