I manage a WordPress site and keep all planning and task management inside Notion. I now want the two platforms talking to each other automatically, with n8n acting as the hub. Here’s what I need: WordPress events—such as a new post, an update, or a change in user status—should trigger n8n workflows that push structured data into the right Notion databases. Likewise, whenever I complete or re-schedule a task in Notion, the change should circle back through n8n so the corresponding post status, custom field, or user role in WordPress is updated in near-real time. Every step has to be logged so I can quickly see what ran, when it ran, and whether it succeeded. Deliverables (all discrete and testable) • n8n workflow files (.json) covering the two-way sync • Connection setup to the WordPress REST API and the Notion API, including any required webhooks or cron triggers • A lightweight dashboard or log inside n8n that surfaces run history and error messages • README or short Loom walkthrough showing how to maintain or extend the flows Acceptance criteria • A new WordPress post or update appears in the correct Notion table within 60 seconds and includes title, slug, author, and status • Editing a status field in Notion changes the post status in WordPress on the next run • All successful and failed runs are visible in one log view, time-stamped, with error details where relevant • Workflows must operate unattended for 72 hours during hand-off testing without manual restarts If you have prior experience wiring WordPress and Notion through n8n—or similar low-code tools—let me know your approach and estimated timeline, and I’ll share API keys and table structures so you can dive straight in.
