Our running club’s WordPress site is already live on Divi 5; now it needs a lightweight membership layer. The goal is straightforward: add and fully configure a reputable membership plugin so members can create their own profiles and pay their annual dues directly on the site. Key requirements • Single membership tier—everyone enjoys the same access, so no tiered permission logic is needed. • Member profiles—each registrant fills in basic details (name, email, emergency contact, age group) and can update them later. • Payment integration—support secure Credit/Debit Card checkout plus an option for direct Bank Transfer. Recurring annual billing should be enabled for cards; bank-transfer members will receive automated renewal reminders with instructions. Scope of work 1. Recommend a compatible, well-supported plugin that plays nicely with WordPress 6 + Divi 5 (e.g., Paid Memberships Pro, MemberPress, or similar). 2. Install, license (club will purchase), and configure core settings, registration forms, profile fields, email templates, and payment gateways. 3. Style front-end forms and account pages so they inherit existing Divi styling—fonts, colours, buttons—without custom-coder overload. 4. Test end-to-end: registration, card payment, bank-transfer flow, profile edits, renewal notices, admin reports. 5. Provide a brief hand-over guide (PDF or video) covering routine tasks: adding members manually, viewing payments, exporting data. Acceptance criteria • New user joins, pays, and lands in a “Member” role automatically. • Admin can see profile data and transaction record in one place. • Divi layout remains intact across all membership pages. • No duplicate or unnecessary plugins left active. Everything is hosted on a standard LAMP stack with cPanel access; staging site can be spun up on request. Once the setup is stable, a follow-up phase may include member-only content and event registration, but for now the focus is payment-enabled sign-up and profile management.
