Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced WordPress speed optimization expert to significantly improve the Google PageSpeed Insights (PSI) scores and Core Web Vitals for our website. Our goal is to achieve fast load times and a seamless user experience on both mobile and desktop without breaking any design elements or functionality. Website Details: Website URL: www.instepphysio.ca Platform: WordPress Page Builder: Elementor Current Optimization Plugin: WP Rocket Scope of Work: Perform a Complete Audit: Analyze the current Google PageSpeed Insights reports for both Mobile and Desktop to identify the root causes of slow load times. Optimize Core Web Vitals: Address issues related to Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), Interaction to Next Paint (INP), and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS). Elementor Optimization: Reduce DOM size and address any specific code bloat caused by the Elementor builder. WP Rocket Configuration: Review and perfectly configure our existing WP Rocket setup. Recommend and implement additional solutions if WP Rocket alone is not sufficient. Asset Optimization: Minify and defer JavaScript and CSS, eliminate render-blocking resources, and ensure fonts and images are fully optimized (WebP delivery, lazy loading, etc.). Database & Server: Perform database cleanup and suggest any server-side adjustments if necessary. Requirements from the Freelancer: Proven, verifiable experience optimizing WordPress sites built specifically with Elementor. Deep technical understanding of WP Rocket and how to avoid caching conflicts. Must provide "Before & After" PageSpeed Insights reports from previous similar projects in your proposal. Guarantee that no design, layout, or functionality will be broken during the optimization process (you must test thoroughly). Ability to provide a brief report detailing what specific changes and configurations were made upon completion.
