WordPress Micro-Content Compliance Cleanup + QA Test (Video Calls + Content Purchase) | Budget $100 Max Overview Cherrywine is a WordPress site that has already been mostly cleaned up. We need a final “detail pass” to catch small leftover risky terms in tiny tags/labels/hidden text, and to test two critical user flows: 1. Video call functionality 2. Content purchase flow This is a lightweight job focused on small edits and QA, not a full rewrite. Budget Hard cap: $100 USD (Fixed price preferred). Please propose a fixed price within $70–$100 and confirm the number of hours you expect (typically 2–4 hours). Scope (Reduced) A) Quick scan for small leftovers (WordPress) You will review and adjust only small/hidden text areas such as: • Tags / categories / internal labels • SEO meta titles/descriptions (Yoast/RankMath/SEOPress or similar) • OpenGraph/Twitter meta (social preview text) • Image ALT text / captions (only if needed) • Reusable blocks / template snippets that contain short text • Microcopy: button labels, short tooltips, short form labels/placeholders, tiny notices Goal: Replace any remaining “payment-risky” wording with safer equivalents, while keeping meaning. B) Functional QA testing (Must-do) You must test and report results for: 1. Video calls flow o Access the video call page/feature as a user o Confirm it loads properly and a session can start (or reaches the expected pre-call screen) o Note any errors, missing permissions, broken embeds, console-visible issues (only report, no code changes) 2. Content purchase flow o Run a test purchase (we will provide a test product/link and test payment method if available) o Confirm: checkout works, payment confirmation page appears, access to content is granted as expected o Confirm any emails/receipts if applicable (just verify if they trigger) Absolute Rules (Do Not Break the Site) This job must NOT affect site functionality. You must NOT: • Change URLs/slugs/permalinks • Change theme files or core files • Change plugin settings, install plugins, or update plugins • Break shortcodes, blocks, or page-builder structure • Touch payment configuration settings (unless I explicitly tell you to) You must: • Work safely and keep formatting intact • Make only small text edits • If something requires development work, report it instead of attempting risky changes Deliverables 1. Change Log (simple sheet) with: • Location (URL or WP area like “Tag”, “Meta Title”, “ALT text”, “Button label”) • Original text • Updated text • Short reason (“payment-safe wording / clarity”) 2. QA Checklist + Results • Video call test: pass/fail + notes + where it failed (if it failed) • Content purchase test: pass/fail + notes • If something fails: exact step where it fails + screenshot (or short screen recording link if easy) Access & Workflow • You will get WordPress admin access (or editor access depending on needs). • If staging exists, use it. If not, you must be extra careful and only do minimal edits.
