I need a complete, production-ready WhatsApp Business API environment focused purely on customer support. The job starts with registering and configuring a single WhatsApp Business API number, then moves straight into building the chatbot logic that will live on top of it. Core goals • Automate first-line replies so customers always receive an immediate answer—even after hours. • Track every conversation by agent and by device, so I can hold the right person accountable if a message slips. • Measure our response times and other key support metrics through a lightweight analytics dashboard. Must-have automations – Welcome messages that fire on a customer’s first contact. – Keyword-driven auto-replies for our most common questions. – An Out-of-Office flow that tells customers when we’ll be back online. Technical scope 1. Create and verify the WhatsApp Business API account, including all message templates needed for the flows above. 2. Build the bot logic through Chakra 3. Configure role-based access for up to 12 users (Admins and Agents). 4. Implement per-agent / per-device message tracking. 5.
