I already have a basic WhatsApp storefront running; what I need now is a polished, friction-free conversation flow inside Wati (or BotSailor, if you prefer that dashboard). The work is configuration-only—no external coding or API scripting—just smart use of the platform’s visual builder and variables. Scope of the flow I want configured • After a shopper browses the catalog and taps “Checkout,” the bot immediately returns a summary of every item in the cart plus a “View Cart” button. • When the customer chooses “Pay,” the bot must present an in-thread form that captures: preferred payment method, mobile number, and confirms the charge. • On successful payment, an auto-generated receipt should be sent, followed by a prompt asking the customer to share their live location for delivery. • All messages have to follow WhatsApp commerce policy standards and support rich media (product thumbnails, inline buttons). Deliverables 1. Fully configured chatbot flow inside my Wati/BotSailor workspace, ready for me to turn on. 2. Test script or short Loom video showing each step working on a sandbox number. 3. Documentation of any tags, variables, or templates you created so I can edit them later. Acceptance criteria • End-to-end checkout completes in under three messages per stage (cart, payment, receipt). • Payment options and receipt render correctly on both Android and iOS WhatsApp apps. • Location request button appears only after payment success.
