I operate six separate Android WhatsApp Business numbers which have multiple desktop logins and need every chat flowing into one place. The end result must be a single, web-based dashboard that displays, searches, and lets me reply from all six numbers in real time, clearly tagging each conversation with the originating line. Beyond visibility, the system has to react on its own. I’ll supply the reply texts and logic, but I need you to build conditional rules so messages trigger the right response based on keywords, time of day, or other content cues. Simple “thanks” texts won’t be enough—I want branching, context-aware replies that can evolve as we fine-tune them. Using the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API (or another Meta-approved provider such as 360dialog or Twilio) keeps my numbers safe from bans, so lean on those methods unless you can show an equally compliant alternative. Everything should stay fully owned under my Meta Business account once the project is done. Deliverables • API activation for six numbers and confirmation that each can send/receive through the chosen provider • Unified inbox web app (or SaaS workspace) with live message feed, search, basic tagging, and outbound reply capability • Rule-based auto-reply engine editable through a simple UI • Step-by-step documentation plus a live hand-off session Acceptance criteria • All six numbers visible and functional inside one dashboard • Keyword rule test: sending “price list” from a test phone must trigger my predefined reply within 5 seconds • No blocks, rate limits, or warning emails from Meta after 48 hours of continuous use Code, configs, and admin credentials come to me on completion so I can maintain everything in-house.
