I need a robust yet straightforward scheduling engine that talks directly to the WhatsApp Business so my team can automate client follow-ups the way Memorae.ai does, but focused on our internal workflows. The core use case is business scheduling: once a service appointment, task, or project date is logged, the system must queue and fire WhatsApp messages at the right moments without manual intervention. Key capabilities I expect on day one: • Automated reminders that can be triggered by date, status change, or custom rules • Recurring task logic so weekly, monthly, or custom-interval jobs never fall through the cracks • A lightweight team workspace where several staff members can see, claim, or reassign tasks (basic collaboration, no heavy project-management features) • A “pending work” view that highlights customers whose jobs are overdue and pushes a WhatsApp nudge until the item is cleared • Admin console to adjust templates, timing, and sender IDs, and to view delivery/read statistics pulled from the WhatsApp Business API Everything should run from a small web dashboard (Laravel, Node, or similar—open to your suggestion) with a clean database schema that I can later connect to Google Calendar or Slack if needed.
