I need to streamline every incoming conversation from WhatsApp and Instagram into a single place and start responding automatically. First, please build a WhatsApp Business bot that sends instant automated replies the moment a message arrives. The goal is to cover our most common enquiries so prospects are never left waiting, day or night. Second, create three ready-to-submit WhatsApp message templates: • a promotional blast for new offers • a gentle reminder template for appointments or payments • a short survey template to capture customer feedback All templates must follow the official WhatsApp Business formatting rules so they pass approval quickly and can be tweaked by my team later. Third, I want Instagram direct messages to land in the same workspace as WhatsApp chats. From there I should be able to tag, filter, assign and export leads. I’m not yet tied to a specific CRM, so feel free to propose the simplest way to consolidate this data—whether through a lightweight in-app dashboard, a Google Sheet sync or a plug-and-play CRM connector.
