Current Operating Environment Frontend: Next.js, React.js Backend: Node.js, MongoDB Server: Aliyun ECS Developer Requirements: The developer must have experience with Aliyun ECS cloud hosting and its environment for effective deployment and troubleshooting. 2. Website Upgrade Requirements 2.1 Candidate Dashboard Upgrade Objective: Upgrade the entire candidate dashboard to be more flexible and user-friendly. Enhance the messaging system. Implement Zoom call integration for online meetings. Test the PayPal payment gateway which is already linked to the packages to ensure proper functionality. Verify and test email notifications for the packages to ensure they are working correctly. 2.2 Employer Dashboard Upgrade Objective: Upgrade the entire employer dashboard to be more flexible and user-friendly. Mandatory file uploads during registration: Candidates must upload their resume, as well as one of the following degrees: MBA, Master's, or Ph.D. Degree Selection: A drop-down list should be available for the candidates to choose their degree. The MBA, Master's, or Ph.D. degree selection must be mandatory. Employer Registration: Allow employers to sign up using either company email or mobile number (both options must be available). Mandatory Business License Upload: Employers must upload their business license during the registration process. The business license file must be restricted to a maximum size of 1MB, and file types allowed should be PDF or JPG. 2.4 Email Notifications Ensure that email notifications are triggered correctly after candidate or employer registration. Test and verify the notification functionality to ensure new sign-ups are being received. 2.5 Photo Upload for Candidates Candidate photo size: Reduce the candidate’s photo upload size to optimize performance. 3. Performance and Speed Optimization Current Issue: The website is currently slow. Requirement: Enhance the website’s loading speed and performance to ensure it is faster and more responsive. 4. PayPal Gateway Testing Objective: The PayPal payment gateway is already integrated but must be tested again to ensure there are no bugs or errors, and that all transactions are processed smoothly. 5. Site Error Fixes Occasionally, the site shows errors during job searches. The developer must check for any recurring issues or errors and fix them to make the site user-friendly and fully functional. 6. Job Search & Filters Employer Filters: Implement job search filters specifically for employers in China, which should include country, city, district filters. China should be set as the main country for employers as most employers will be from China. Candidate Job Search: The job search for candidates should support global search for all locations. 7. Documentation After the completion of the upgrade, the developer must provide clean and thorough documentation covering the entire site and the changes implemented. 8. Project Logistics The hosting platform link and backend admin login credentials will be provided after the project is awarded to the developer. The developer will have live access to make updates and perform the required work. 9. Timeline and Payment The job must be completed within 10 days from the project start date. SEO optimization will take place after the upgrade is completed. The project is budgeted at USD 150, to be paid in 3 milestone payments. There is potential for long-term cooperation with the developer for future projects. 10. Design Guidelines The upgrade should follow the Superio frontend and dashboard as a guide, ensuring the site is smart, user-friendly, and optimized for a positive user experience.
