MASTER BRIEF Project Overview We require an experienced Flutter developer or development team to convert multiple existing web platforms (built using Lovable) into fully functional mobile applications for iOS and Android. Each application must be delivered as a production-ready build, fully tested and successfully published to both: Apple App Store Google Play Store This is a fixed-price project. The quoted price must cover the entire scope outlined below, including development, integrations, testing, and deployment. No significant cost increases will be accepted after agreement. Payment Terms Fixed total project cost required upfront Milestone-based payments: £100 initial deposit £100 monthly thereafter Total budget capped at £5,000 Payments may be structured per platform/app milestone if agreed Core Technical Requirements (ALL APPS) Every app must include the following: 1. Notifications Push notifications (iOS + Android) In-app notifications SMS notifications (where required) Email triggers (if supported by backend) Notification preference settings 5.
