Website Maintenance & Performance Specialist We are looking for a versatile Website Support Specialist to manage our site's visual integrity and data tracking. This role bridges the gap between front-end aesthetics and backend analytics, ensuring the site looks professional and provides accurate business insights. The Work The primary focus is maintaining a polished user interface through CSS adjustments, ensuring the layout remains responsive and consistent across all devices. You will resolve visual bugs, fix layout shifts, and update styles to match brand guidelines. Simultaneously, you will manage our technical tracking environment by auditing Google Tag Manager containers, repairing broken event triggers, and ensuring that Google Analytics is capturing clean, actionable data. Performance & Metrics Beyond visual and tracking fixes, you will monitor site health through Core Web Vitals and speed optimization. This includes identifying and fixing broken links, optimizing image assets for faster load times, and ensuring that our conversion funnels are functioning correctly. The goal is a website that is as fast and measurable as it is visually appealing.
