We’re looking for someone who can help us completely rethink and rebuild our website not just make it “look better,” but make it work better. Right now, the goal is simple: Turn visitors into leads. We need a designer/developer who understands how people actually behave on a website what makes them stay, scroll, click, and convert. What we need: A fresh redesign and development of a website (5+ pages) Clean, modern UI — but more importantly, conversion-focused UX Proper structure and flow so users don’t get lost Strong CTAs and sections that guide users naturally Fully responsive across devices Fast loading and smooth performance Basic SEO setup (headings, meta, structure, etc.) What matters to us: We’re not looking for someone who just follows instructions. We want someone who can say: “Hey, this section won’t convert let’s fix it.” If you understand things like user psychology, landing page flow, or CRO you’ll fit right in. Tech is flexible: Webflow, WordPress, or anything modern as long as it’s scalable and clean.
