I’m looking for a qualified safety professional to carry out an onsite fire safety audit that covers the entire building. The aim is to confirm we meet all current codes, identify any gaps, and receive a clear, actionable plan for corrections where necessary. You will need to: • Visit the premises in person, inspecting every floor, plant room, service shaft, stairwell, and common area for fire-related risks. • Review existing documentation (evacuation plans, equipment service logs, training records). • Test or verify all fire-protection systems and equipment on site—alarms, detectors, extinguishers, sprinklers, hydrants, emergency lighting, signage, and doors. • Interview key staff to gauge fire-safety awareness, response procedures, and drill effectiveness. • Deliver a written report that rates compliance against relevant regulations, photographs or schematics highlighting each issue, and a prioritized action list with practical recommendations. Please outline your relevant certifications, similar audits you’ve completed, the standards you will benchmark against, and the estimated time you need on site. I’m keen to schedule the visit as soon as possible.
