Our current site is hand-coded in HTML / CSS and needs a full refresh that keeps the lightweight feel yet brings modern UI/UX polish and mobile-first responsiveness. Here’s the scope I have in mind: • Front-end updates – Rework existing pages for a consistent brand look, clean typography and fast load times. – Insert banners, FAQs and testimonial sections that I can toggle on or off whenever needed. – Integrate scroll-based animations, subtle hover effects and a concise loading animation to give pages a lively, professional touch without compromising performance. • Admin portal (fresh build) – User management: create, edit, deactivate roles with secure authentication. – Content management: add / amend / delete any text, images, banners or FAQs straight from the dashboard. – Analytics dashboard: traffic snapshots and engagement metrics at a glance, pulling from Google Analytics or another lightweight JS library you recommend. • Forms – Branded, responsive forms (contact, enquiry, newsletter) that feed directly into the portal and trigger email notifications. Tech is flexible as long as it stays standards-compliant and performant—React, Vue, or vanilla JS on the front end; Node, Laravel, or another lean back-end framework for portal logic are all acceptable. Clean, modular code and concise documentation are essential so my in-house team can maintain it easily. Deliverables will be: 1. Updated front-end source with animations. 2. Fully functional admin portal with the three modules above. 3. Migration guide plus brief walkthrough video. Everything should be optimised for both desktop and mobile, pass basic accessibility checks and deploy smoothly to our existing hosting.
