I need a cloud-based CRM and Property Management System that can smoothly run every core operation of a small-to-midsize hotel from a single browser window. At a minimum the platform must: • Handle reservations—direct, walk-in, or group—while keeping availability, rates, and restrictions in sync in real time. • Drive daily housekeeping and maintenance schedules automatically from the room status board. • Track guest profiles, folios, payments, invoices, and all billing events without relying on a separate accounting tool. • Feed a policy-verification workflow that produces a clean, branded PDF summary of rates, cancellation rules, and T&C’s for each booking. • Expose a lightweight channel-manager connector that keeps our own website in parity with the live system; the API design should leave room to add OTAs or a GDS later on. A built-in (or tightly coupled) booking engine is part of the brief—I’m open to either a custom module or re-using an existing engine as long as it’s frictionless for guests and pushes data straight into the PMS layer. Tech stack is flexible, though web-native frameworks such as React, Vue, Laravel, Node, or Django are preferred for maintainability. Clean REST or GraphQL endpoints, role-based controls, and a responsive UI are all essential. Deliverables I will review for acceptance: 1. A deployed web application (staging URL) covering all modules listed above. 2. Source code with setup documentation and database schema. 3. Sample PDF output from the policy verification module. 4. Post-handover support plan for the first month. If you have previous hotel-tech experience or live demos, that will move your proposal to the top of the stack.
