I need a lean PHP + MySQL web app that lets our auditorium move to QR-based entry without any mobile app or payment gateway overhead. Core flow • Every member receives one permanent QR code tied to either four or six seats. For each event I may keep their usual seats or re-allocate them—so the system has to support both fixed and per-event assignment. • POS staff pre-assign any remaining seats to walk-in guests, accept Cash or UPI amounts through a simple form, and issue a one-time guest QR. • At the single entry gate a standard USB QR scanner (we’ll purchase the hardware) feeds the code to the browser; the app validates it and records the entry only once per event. Admin workspace — create events in seconds and load the existing seating image as a clickable map; — drag-select seats for members or guests; — manage members (add, edit, deactivate); — watch a live entry counter during the show; — export attendance or booking lists to Excel on demand.
