Web & Android Trade Journal

I need a simple, reliable system that lets traders log every detail of a position before they hit the buy or sell button, then review those notes later. The build has two faces: a web portal and an Android app that stay perfectly in sync. Core workflow • Traders open the form, type the planned entry price, note support and resistance levels, add the “why” behind the idea, set target/stop figures, tag the strategy name, and score their confidence. • All of that data is saved to an account-based database so users can filter, search, and revisit past trades from either device. • Commentary needs to feel like a threaded journal—each trade record should store updates so users can track how the plan played out and debrief afterward. Scope and tech expectations Back-end can be whatever stack you’re comfortable with (Firebase, Node/Express, Django, etc.) provided it is secure and easy to scale. Front-end should be responsive on the web and built natively or with a reputable framework for Android (Kotlin, Flutter, React Native are fine). I’m open to recommendations as long as performance is snappy and the UI is uncluttered. Must-have features on Day 1 1. Account creation / login with email or Google. 2. Form capturing: entry price, trade reasoning, support & resistance commentary. 3. Persistent storage and synced display across web and Android. 4. Clean dashboard to browse, search, and filter historical trades. Nice-to-haves we can schedule for a later milestone—image uploads of chart screenshots, automatic strategy tagging, and broader analytics—but they’re not part of this first deliverable. Deliverables • Production-ready Android APK + source code • Web front-end + back-end source, deployed to my hosting or a suggested cloud service • Brief hand-over guide for deploying and maintaining the system Please share relevant experience—especially any finance, trading, or journal-style apps you’ve shipped—along with your preferred tech stack.
