I’m rolling out a series of customer-support GPTs for several websites and landing pages and I’d like a long-term partner to build, fine-tune, and evolve them with me. Each bot must switch seamlessly between text and voice, handling English, Spanish, French—and ideally any language a visitor tries—without forcing me to pre-configure every tongue. I have no preference on male or female voices; what matters is natural sound and quick response. Beyond conversation, I want richer interactions: the GPT should be able to open external web pages on command and play short, embedded video clips inside the chat window where possible. Think of a user asking for a product demo, the bot popping a video right there, or offering a live link to a knowledge-base article. You’ll steer the full stack: prompt engineering, multilingual handling, speech recognition/synthesis, and the lightweight front-end widget I can drop into any page. If Whisper, Web Speech API, or other tools get us smoother voice I’m open, as long as the result loads fast and respects browser privacy constraints.
