I’m looking to create a user-friendly platform where my employees can complete their daily site diaries using voice recordings and photos. The platform should allow them to seamlessly record audio directly on the site and capture photos on the spot with their devices. The diary entries should follow a question-and-answer format to maintain consistency and ensure all required details are included. Employees would respond to predefined questions while integrating their voice notes and captured images. The key deliverables should include: - A web interface for employees to record voice directly. - Options to capture photos via the device's camera. - Structured entry inputs based on tailored Q&A prompts. Input would be from a mobile device - Output to a pdf document and emailed to the office. At the moment, our guys enter information through a form builder on there phones and it is then converted to a pdf using a word template. The PDF and word template are attached.
