I’m looking for someone who already knows their way around Vitally to turn the raw data our Customer Success Managers log every day into a clear, automated set of weekly KPIs. The goal is to give the Executive Team an at-a-glance view of three things: customer engagement, usage frequency, and overall customer satisfaction with our product and with our success process. Inside Vitally, I need you to configure the right data sources, define the metrics, and lay them out as intuitive graphs and charts. The output should update on its own each week and be easy for leadership to view directly in Vitally or receive as a scheduled email. I’ll consider the project complete when: The three metrics are accurately calculated from our existing event and note data. A clean dashboard (or set of dashboards) is live in Vitally, populated with the graphs and charts requested. Weekly automated delivery is set up and tested. You provide a brief walkthrough so I can tweak or expand the KPIs later. If you’ve built similar KPI dashboards in Vitally before and can move quickly, let’s talk.
