Deliverable A fully navigable 3D model (SketchUp, Blender, or any mainstream format I can open in SketchUp or Twinmotion) that captures the look, materials, and lighting mood. Still renders from key viewpoints would be a bonus but aren’t mandatory; what I mainly need is the digital model itself so I can test furniture layouts and circulation. Acceptance • Matches the “vintage and cozy” palette and texture style. • Clearly shows workflow behind the counter and comfortable circulation for customers. • File opens without missing assets or broken textures. Once approved, I’ll use this concept to brief my architect and shopfitter, so accuracy in proportions and a believable sense of scale are important even though full construction details are not.
