Scope of work • Produce original, audience-appropriate copy that is grammatically flawless and aligned with my brand voice. • Incorporate light SEO best practices—natural keyword placement, compelling headlines, and meta descriptions—without sacrificing readability. • Present each draft in Google Docs (or Word) with comments enabled so feedback can be addressed quickly. • Revise up to two times per piece to ensure tone, accuracy, and structure meet expectations. Deliverables 1. Content outline (or headline list) for approval before writing begins. 2. Final text of each approved piece, ready to publish. 3. Short summary and suggested meta data for search visibility. Acceptance criteria – Content passes Copyscape or equivalent plagiarism check. – Factual statements are supported by credible sources and linked where appropriate. – Tone remains consistent throughout and matches the brand guidelines I will supply after kickoff.
