I’m expanding our web development team and am looking for an experienced developer who is equally comfortable in Shopify (Liquid) and WordPress (PHP). Our live projects run across both ecosystems, so every feature you build must deploy cleanly, load fast, and function reliably in production from day one. THIS JOB IS IN THE US TIME ZONE ONLY + NEED WEEKEND AVAILABILITY The initial assignment is urgent—bug fixes and a small new feature/module need to ship ASAP—but the larger goal is an ongoing collaboration. Once we clear this immediate milestone together, you’ll roll straight into our regular sprint cycle, building new features, customizing themes, developing custom Shopify apps or WordPress plugins when needed, integrating REST APIs, optimizing performance, and participating in GitHub-based code reviews. To get a quick read on your fit, please link to past work that clearly shows: • A production Shopify store you’ve developed or heavily customized • A production WordPress site (preferably with custom theme and/or plugin work) These examples must be live and publicly accessible; code snippets alone aren’t enough.
