I need a professional floor plan created for a simple 40x80x20 apartment building. I would like to have good engineered plans for MEPs, levels, etc but it honestly doesn't have to be too fancy. I would also like some 3D mockup images if possible of the site. Most importantly, I need this today or tomorrow at the latest. There will be 6 apartments, (4) 3bd/2ba, 30x40, one in each corner of the building. (2) 2bd/1ba, 20x40, in the middle of each floor. There will be a central external staircase (not part of the main building) going up to a 40x8 covered deck on the 2nd floor to access those doors. There will be a matching 40x8 concrete sidewalk beneath with an ADA accessible dip. Building will be in vinyl siding, shingle hip roof, mini split HVAC in each apartment. Please let me know if you have any other questions UPDATE! I HAVE DECIDED TO WAIT UNTIL 8PM CST SUNDAY MARCH 22 TO END THIS CONTEST. WHAT I WANT TO SEE IS JUST THE FLOOR PLAN. I NEED THE MOST POSSIBLE OPTIMIZED LAYOUT FOR MY 6 UNITS. IF THE MIDDLE APARTMENT NEEDS TO WIDEN TO 22.5 INSTEAD OF JUST 20' I CAN WORK WITH THAT. I JUST HAVEN'T SEEN ANY EFFICIANT LAYOUTS YET.
