I already have the signed AAB/APK, screenshots, feature graphic, and full store listing text prepared, so development work is not required. What I still need is an experienced Play-Console professional who can: • Walk me through creating (or, if policies allow, create on my behalf) a new Google Play Developer account and make sure all settings—tax, content rating, privacy, and policy declarations—are correctly configured. • Upload the build to the console, set up the appropriate tracks, and obtain review approval. • Configure an internal test track for 20 users. I do not yet have the tester Gmail IDs, so I’m looking for guidance on the best way to recruit or generate them and manage their invitations. • Verify installation, basic functionality, and Play-Console metrics for those 20 testers, then deliver a concise report that captures any crashes, ANRs, or UI issues. Please include in your reply a brief outline of how you normally handle Play-Console account creation (or sharing) and internal testing, as well as the typical turnaround time you need once you have the build and store assets.
