I’m building a real-time architectural visualization in Unreal Engine and need a specialist who can take the scene from concept to a polished, explorable experience. At the moment I have no ready-made assets, so every object, material, and texture will start from scratch. Your role covers the full pipeline: detailed modeling and texturing of interiors and exteriors, setting up realistic lighting and rendering inside Unreal (Lumen preferred), and producing smooth, camera-guided walkthroughs as well as an interactive build the client can navigate themselves. Expect to rely on tools such as Blender or Maya for modeling and Substance for materials before importing to UE5. Deliverables • All custom 3D models with clean topology and PBR textures • An optimized Unreal project with baked/real-time lighting, post-processing, and collision set up • A cinematic walkthrough sequence (4K) and a packaged executable for Windows that runs at 60 fps on mid-tier hardware I’ll review each milestone in-engine; final approval comes once every room displays consistent light quality, assets stream in without popping, and the walkthrough plays without hitches.
