I’m commissioning ultra-realistic exterior architectural renderings for a series of real-estate developments that will be showcased to investors, city reviewers and in marketing campaigns. Each assignment will revolve around a specific site plan and set of CAD/Revit files; your job is to translate those assets into convincingly lit, fully textured stills (and, when required, short cinematic fly-throughs) that feel every bit as tangible as professional photography. You’ll be working in an environment that already favours Unreal Engine, 3ds Max and V-Ray, so deep fluency with at least one of those three toolsets is essential. Photoreal lighting, PBR material creation, precise composition and a solid grasp of real-world scale are non-negotiable. For your proposal, focus on your experience: • a brief overview of similar exterior visualisation projects you’ve handled • two or three portfolio images or a link to your show-reel demonstrating photo-real quality achieved with Unreal, 3ds Max or V-Ray • a short note on typical turnaround times for a single exterior hero shot and, if relevant, a 30-second walkthrough We’ll start with one development to confirm workflow and communication, then expand into a steady stream of projects if we’re both happy with the results. Final deliverables generally include layered source files and print-ready 5K PNGs; animation sequences are supplied as 4K H.264 or ProRes. If you thrive on pushing pixels until they fool the eye, I’m keen to see what you can do.
