I need an ad-tech engineer who can take our existing phone-number database and, stand up a production-ready UID2 Operator service that turns those numbers into UID2 tokens for privacy-compliant programmatic targeting. Here’s the scope I have in mind: • Design the full transform flow: ingest hashed phone numbers, map them statistically to advertising identifiers, and output UID2 tokens that can be pushed into bid streams. • Build and secure the service on GCP using the tooling you’re most comfortable with (Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions—your call), but it must scale and pass a security review for handling PII. • Expose an API that feeds DSP, SSP, and DMP pipelines and is comfortable with raw OpenRTB bid requests. • Hand over IaC (Terraform or similar), monitoring hooks, and concise technical documentation so my internal team can operate it long-term. Because I want to move ASAP, I’m looking for someone who already has hands-on experience operating UID2 or similar identity resolution stacks in a live ad-exchange environment and who can speak fluently about how UID2 keys slot into DSP targeting workflows. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, please send your CV along with a brief note on the most relevant projects you’ve delivered and the results they achieved.
