We are a leading private university in India (details will be shared with shortlisted candidates), and we are planning a complete website redesign as part of a larger digital transformation initiative. We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer who can take ownership of the entire design process - starting from analysis and planning to final UI design. Scope of Work: 1. Review and analyze the current website (UX, structure, content flow) 2. Understand user journeys, business goals, and target audience 3. Propose a clear UI/UX strategy and redesign approach 4. Create sitemap / information architecture 5. Develop wireframes for all key pages 6. Design modern, clean, and conversion-focused UI for all pages (desktop + mobile responsive) Deliverables: 1. Website analysis report with actionable recommendations 2. Sitemap / page structure 3. Wireframes (low-fidelity and high-fidelity) 4. Final UI designs (Figma preferred) 5. Design system (colors, typography, components) Requirements: 1. Strong portfolio of website redesign projects 2. Proven experience in UX planning (not just visual design) 3. Ability to think from both user and business perspective 4. Clear communication and structured working approach Preferred: 1. Experience with education / service-based websites 2.
