We are redesigning CotizaOne, an internal web-based system that combines quoting and CRM functionality to support commercial and technical teams. The system already exists and has defined workflows and business logic. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer specialized in Figma to deliver a complete, development-ready redesign. IMPORTANT: This is a DESIGN-ONLY project. No frontend development is required. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ PROJECT SCOPE Redesign the existing web application based on current screens, workflows, and business logic Deliver high-fidelity Figma designs ready for frontend implementation Ensure visual consistency and usability across the entire application Improve clarity, efficiency, and user experience for internal users ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ DESIGN REQUIREMENTS The design must cover all screens and user flows related to: * Prospect management * Quoting workflows * Product and service configuration * Quote review and summary Additional requirements: * Clear navigation and user flows between screens R* esponsive behavior (desktop-first, adaptable to smaller screens) * Usability focused on data-heavy workflows UI STATES (MANDATORY) All relevant UI states must be included: * Default * Hover / Focus * Disabled * Loading * Empty * Error These states must be clearly defined within Figma components. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ DELIVERABLES (MANDATORY) Final Figma file including: * All redesigned screens * Complete user flows * Reusable components with variants and states Basic design system including: * Buttons * Inputs * Dropdowns * Tables * Modals * Typography and spacing rules Additional deliverable requirements: * Consistent and clean component naming suitable for frontend development * Well-organized Figma structure (pages, frames, components, variants) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy web applications (CRM, ERP, dashboards, internal tools) * Strong proficiency with Figma, including components, variants, and auto-layout * Ability to translate business workflows into clear and efficient interfaces * High attention to detail and usability * Experience preparing designs for developer handoff WHAT WE PROVIDE * Access to the existing Figma file as reference * Clear explanation of system workflows and business logic * Direct communication with product and technical stakeholders * Structured feedback cycles during the design process TIMELINE AND ENGAGEMENT * Estimated delivery time: 1 to 2 weeks * Project-based, milestone-driven engagement * Potential follow-up design work as the platform evolves ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ IMPORTANT NOTE This project is strictly focused on UI/UX design in Figma.
