I need a browser-based member tracking platform that lets me register, edit and search members easily, then send reminder-style SMS messages to the contacts I select. Every SMS must travel through a local Turkish gateway (feel free to suggest Netgsm, Turkcell, or another API you trust) and the system has to keep a full log so I can see when, to whom, and by which staff member each message was delivered. Core flow 1. Admins add or import members, attach phone numbers and any extra fields we define later. 2. We choose one or many members, write or schedule a reminder text, and hit send. 3. A reporting screen shows delivery status, basic analytics, and lets me export results to Excel/PDF. I want everything accessible from a clean, mobile-friendly dashboard. Laravel, Node, or a comparable open-source stack is fine as long as code is well documented.
