I have a clean 2D AutoCAD plan for a two-story residence and now need it brought to life in two clear stages. Phase 1 is all about the geometry: convert my DWG into an accurate 3D model that captures the basic structure and overall layout of the house. Only the exterior is required at this stage—walls, roof forms, window and door openings, balconies, and any key architectural features called out in the drawings. No interior rooms, furnishings, or deep material work are needed; I just need a faithful, well-organized exterior shell that can be opened later in common packages such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender. Phase 2 moves to high-quality photorealistic rendering. Once the model is approved, apply realistic yet not over-engineered materials, set up lighting, and produce several high-resolution stills (daylight and an evening mood would be perfect) that convey a strong sense of the finished exterior. I am looking for clean, believable imagery—comparable to high-end architectural visualizations—without pushing into ultra-hyper realism. Deliverables will be: • Phase 1: native model file plus an exchange format (FBX or OBJ) • Phase 2: final layered scene file and at least four 4K JPEG/PNG renders I will supply the DWG and any reference photos immediately upon kickoff and will be available to answer questions or confirm details quickly so the process stays smooth.
