I am preparing a presentation for the owners of a ten-story beachfront condominium in Perdido Key, FL and need a complete 3D visualization of the exterior landscaping. The look must feel unmistakably tropical, with palm trees acting as the signature feature that frames the building, softens the parking edges and guides residents toward the pool deck and beach access. Because this model will be shown on a large screen at the owners’ meeting, photorealism and clear scale references are essential. I will supply the existing site plan, building elevations and current photos; you will translate them into a cohesive landscape concept, model the hardscape and softscape, and render high-resolution stills from several viewpoints. A short fly-through or orbit animation would be a welcome bonus if it fits comfortably within your workflow. I am also open to any tasteful suggestions—perhaps a subtle water feature or low flower beds—so long as the palms remain the primary focal point. Acceptable tools include SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Twinmotion or comparable software; please work in whichever environment gets us the most realistic tropical lighting and textures.
